Trinity is starting up a NEW UMYF - United Methodist Youth Fellowship - group, starting Fall 2025!

Youth in grades 6 - 12 are invited to be part of our Youth Group or UMYF which will meet every Sunday morning at 9:45 AM, with occasional activities scheduled on alternate days. This group offers an opportunity for youth to have fun, build new relationships, perform service in the community and beyond, and grow in their faith in a supportive, encouraging environment.
 
Join us for the first meeting on Sunday, August 3rd, at 9:45 AM in the Youth Room/Youth Lounge (on the third floor) for the first meeting!

Sunday Mornings

9:45 AM - 10:45 AM

Youth in grades 6 - 12 are invited to be part of our Youth Group or UMYF which will meet every Sunday morning at 9:45 AM in the third floor Youth Room/Youth Lounge. This group offers an opportunity for youth to have fun, build new relationships, and grow in their faith in a supportive, encouraging environment.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Youth are encouraged to join us in the sanctuary service for a morning of worship. Trinity's worship service is liturgical in style and about an hour long. We sing hymns led by a beautiful Moller pipe organ, followed by a sermon by Rev. Dr. Ben Gosden.

Ava Pickens

Coordinator of Youth Ministries

Ava Pickens, who currently serves on our Trinity Kids staff, will be stepping into a new role as Coordinator of Youth Ministries for Trinity in Fall 2025. Ava has already made a meaningful impact in the lives of our children, and we’re thrilled that she’ll now be working with our middle and high school students as well.

In this new position, Ava will lead a weekly UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship) small group every Sunday morning at 9:45 AM. The aim will be to help foster a welcoming, faith-filled environment where our young people can grow spiritually and build lasting friendships. We know Ava’s warmth, dedication, and creativity will be a gift to our youth ministry. Please join us in supporting Ava with your prayers and encouragement as she prepares to take this next faithful step in ministry!
