Lent & Easter Events 2026

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper

All are welcome at the annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, on Tuesday, February 17th at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We will be raising sponsorship money for the children and youth going to Camp Connect this summer, so there is a $5 suggested donation per person, and all donations will go towards camp registration fees.

Parents are encouraged to volunteer at this event! If you're able to help, please register with the volunteer form linked below.

Our youth group raised $240 at their YouthWrap fundraiser in December where they helped wrap gifts for the holidays, and they will continue their fundraising at this event! Anyone who is unable to attend, but who would still like to support the youth and children going to camp this summer, can always donate online through the regular Online Giving page - just select Youth Ministries or Children's Ministries on the top "Give to" drop-down menu, or include "2026 Camp" in the memo.

Ash Wednesday Service

Join us for our Ash Wednesday service on Wednesday, February 18 at 6:00 PM. Begin the season of Lent with this 30-minute service where we will sing, pray, and receive the imposition of ashes. The Imposition of Ashes can be a powerful nonverbal and experiential way of participating in the call to repentance and reconciliation, as we begin the Lenten journey towards Easter Sunday. Nursery childcare will be provided (birth to 4 years old).

You can join us in-person as well as watch online, as we will livestream through Facebook, YouTube and our website, just like the Sunday morning services. Parking is available in the Robinson parking garage directly behind the church building, but weekday evening parking does require payment. Nursery childcare will be provided. Find more information and updates at the Facebook event linked below.

Palm Sunday Service

Join us on Sunday, March 29th at 11:00 AM for Palm Sunday as we kick off the holiest of weeks and join the joyful crowd of waving branches. Children and parents are invited to lead the palm leaf procession into Sunday worship at the beginning of the service. Families - if you would like to join the palm parade, please arrive a minute early and meet at the back of the Sanctuary! Childcare & Children’s Church will be available like we have for regular Sundays.

*FREE parking is available on the street around Telfair Square, AND in the Robinson Parking Garage directly behind the Trinity building. Just show your bulletin when you leave the garage before 2:00 PM to get out for free. Please avoid parking on the corners of the Square so tour buses can get by. Find more information and updates at the Facebook event linked below.

Maundy Thursday Service

We invite you to join us for our special Maundy Thursday evening service at 6:00 PM on Thursday April 2nd. We will remember the last meal Jesus shared with his disciples and then join Mary Magdalene at the foot of the cross. The service will feature liturgical readings, music prepared by the Trinity chancel choir and handbell choir, and holy communion.

You can join us in-person as well as watch online, as we will livestream through Facebook, YouTube and our website, just like the Sunday morning services. Parking is available in the Robinson parking garage (directly behind the church building), but weekday evening parking does require payment. Nursery childcare will be provided. Easter Sunday Service

This Easter Sunday, April 5, 2025, celebrate the resurrection of Christ with us at either of two joyous services – 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM – featuring special performances by the Trinity Chancel Choir, Trinity Handbell Choir, Brass Ensemble and hymns accompanied by our beautiful M.P. Möller pipe organ. Childcare & Children’s Church will be available like we have for regular Sundays at the 11:00 service; the 9:00 service will not have Children's Time in the service, so children can go straight to the 2nd floor children's church rooms.

At 10:00 AM in Telfair Square, the annual children's Easter Egg Hunt will begin. Bring your baskets – all children are welcome to join! We also invite everyone to gather from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM in our Fellowship Hall to celebrate Easter with food and fellowship at our Easter Brunch.

Easter Morning Timeline:
9:00 a.m. - Early Easter Sunday service
10:00 a.m. - Children’s Easter egg hunt in Telfair square - bring your baskets!
10:00 a.m. - Light brunch immediately after the egg hunt, in the Fellowship Hall
11:00 a.m. - Easter Sunday service
